One: Get Over It...This Life Is A Test
A test of what? Of Obedience
The only measure of your claim of true love of God is obedience.
Must realize your ultimate goal is not pleasure but Heaven
And you can’t make it to Heaven on pleasure
You must be willing to give your life away
You will never be truly fulfilled and happy as a man until you are willing to die for something; To in fact give all of your life away and deny selfishness.
Two: The Way To Authentic Masculinity Through Suffering And Responsibility
Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen
We are taught to abhor suffering at all costs
This makes us soft and kills our thirst for battle
Instead of embracing responsibility today we do all we can to reject responsibility
This causes emascualtion and effeminacy
You never give in to your wife just to gain peace in your home if it interferes with your duties and responsibility to do what’s best for the marriage and family.
If you do this just for the pleasure of peace; you are in fact rejecting Authentic Masculinity and in the end you will invite chaos!
Three: You Are Charged With Leadership
Why did I name my Apostolate Catholic Alpha?
You cannot be a wuss in your home
You must do the tough and hard stuff
You must make the hard and tough decisions even when no one else in your family sees it
It’s ok to be laid back in society
But in your home you must lead and serve, you must take an alpha role, so that you can get things done, and lead your marriage and family towards God!
You must realize in the end, that your family will do what you do and be what you be!
Four: Chapter 2 (v. 15-25) Your True Purpose Is To Protect, Defend, And Serve!
God tasked Adam to be responsible for all in the Garden Of Eden
The animals, the birds, trees and all
His wife, his marriage
As True Man, you are responsible for everything
Your wife is your helper, your advisor, you counselor
You must let her do her job in this area, or you fail as True Man!
Five: Protect
You are tasked by God to protect your wife and family from physical threats
In protection the person you are charged to protect is your Beloved wife from you
Because she loves you, the opportunity for you to cause great pain is always present.
Six: Defend
You are charged to by God to defend
Defend your wife and family against the diabolical, the Fallen Angels, Satan!
To so this you need the help of the Holy Spirit
You must be in grace with God
And you must fight to the end, you must embrace the battle
If not you are failing as True Man and Satan will move right past you devouring your wife and children.
Your wife cannot protect your home from the Evil One. Only you are tasked with this special power
This is why you must enter the Spiritual Battle Daily
Sunday is your main day of work; this is why adoration on Sunday is imperative, this is your main Battle time!
Seven: To Serve
As True Man, you can never consider your wants and desires over those for whom you are charged to protect
God is first to serve, your wife is second to serve, your children are third to serve, and yourself last if you have anything left
This causes the effect of submission by your wife
This causes her to lead your children towards you
You then lead your wife and your children towards God
When you serve all ahead of you, your wife allows you to lead your family and denies the Curse Of Eve!
For this 16 weeks you have vowed as a man to put your marriage first and foremost
After the program is over, you will then take that time spent on the program and make it available to your wife.
Serve her with all of your heart, mind, and soul, and she will return your devotion and service 10 fold!
Eight: Humility Defeats Evil
Pride is the act of judging yourself greater than you are
Humilty is living by the highest and moral truth, meekness, and act of you dying to yourself (meaning forgoing all of your wants, desires, and needs) in order to rest in God!
Humility is the ultimate measure of a man! Christ shows us by His acceptance of His true mission as a man. He never waivered, He leaned on the Father, and held strong and steadfast in the face of evil!
This is ultimately what He wants of you!
Engage, Fight, Battle, and die Christian Soldier if necessary!!!
Nine: Stress Techniques
Use these techniques when fighting back anger or frustration when dealing with your wife’s anger, anxiety, and frustration towards you.
Pray a Hail Mary
Pressure Point Technique (EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique) Take a deep breath and exhale for 10 seconds counting in your head
