SMCM Minute Content: My Wife Won’t Sleep With Me!

My Story…

• About 15 years ago my wife began now wanting to make love anymore.
• Her libido became very low and she was uninterested in making love.
• We would have sex but it was infrequent and I initiated it 99 percent of the time; unlike when we were dating or first married.
• At first we thought it was something to do with her (hormones, pre-menopause etc)
• We couldn’t figure it out together so I started researching on my own.
• And here is what I found…

 

 

The Second Most Important Thing In Marriage

• Over the years many couples take the act of making love for granted.
• As they get older they get used to infrequent intimacy and begin to lose one of the very things that builds closeness in their relationship.
• Which is the most important factor for women in marriage.
• And what do man men do…
• We begin to ignore it thinking it will be ok and come back.
• But of course most times the fire never comes back and so we find substitutes for the closeness with our wives…
• Like hobbies, other women, television, work, friends etc.
• Once this happens our marriages become boring, lackluster, and passionless.

 

Does Your Wife Display The Following?

• Feelings of unhappiness
• Feelings of emptiness
• Feelings of depression
• Feelings of boredom with making love
• Feelings she is unsatisfied
• Feelings she is unfulfilled as a woman
• Has shut down emotionally
• Has stopped speaking and having conversations with you
• Throws her anger and frustration at you frequently
• Neglects, or treats the kids bad.
• Most times these symptoms are caused by a lack of fulfilling intimacy.
• For this reason sex for women is substantially more important and will cause them to feel unloved thereby beginning the Women’s Exit Strategy!

 

Little Known Facts About The Marital Embrace

• A study was done by Masters & Johnson that determined that…
• 90 percent of women never experience complete and fulfilling orgasms
• 75 percent of men are premature ejaculators
• Which means that before his wife is completely and totally sexually fulfilled by having all the orgasms she needs, he loses his cool (ejaculates) which ends the sex session.
• Why because for a man ejaculation is like an atomic bomb and depletes all of his energy.
• On the other hand, for women, one orgasm expends only 1/50^th of the energy a man does.
• Which explains why women need (not want) many more orgasms then their husbands.
• It takes women 20 minutes to warm up to making love (actual penetration)
• Many men Lose Their Cool in 5-15 minutes.
• This causes a disparity in the marital act.
• As one partner is satisfied and the other has been denied fulfillment.
• How does the Church look at this?
• Pope John Paul II reveals that every husband is required to give his wife at least one orgasm during lovemaking to prevent her from feeling used as an utensil or object.

 

You Must Prolong Lovemaking…

• Many men think they are studs or at least adequate in the bedroom.
• But as seen above at least 75 percent of men are not.
• And who is the judge? Your wife is the judge…
• If a wife is displaying any of the symptoms I mentioned above (depression, unhappiness, unloved etc) she is unfulfilled sexually and as a woman. And will eventually begin the Women’s Exit Strategy!
• You must at all cost realize that the marital embrace is much more than an orgasm and pleasure for you the husband.
• But for your wife it is her very essence of feeling that she is loved by you.
• All of the items mentioned above are your wife’s inhibitions (her deep pain) which must be removed or your marriage will eventually suffer!
• How long does this take?
• To remove all inhibitions from your wife takes a prolongation of the sex act of at least 3 times a week, for a minimum of 1-4 hours for a period of 1-3 years!
• This depends on the amount of pain your wife has experienced in her life. Sexual abuse, premarital sex partners etc. will take longer. Then a normal life of no pain. But no matter every woman needs a minimum of a year!
• Once this purge of inhibitions takes place, your wife will return to a more normal need for lovemaking of twice per week or so.
• But you will have to remember to continuously make sure she is completely satisfied or she will revert back.
