    ❖  He must realize that sex and intimacy is not about his fulfillment but that of his beloved wife.

    ❖  In order to remove his wife’s sexual frustration and a feeling of incompleteness as a woman, he must place himself last in every facet of intimacy and the marital embrace and their marriage.

    ❖  He must understand his sacrifice through unselfishness, through prayer and penance, and patience and knowledge of what his wife needs is paramount if he is to remove all inhibitions in her life and help her reach her sacred self.

    ❖  Which will free her to be the wife he needs, spreading his love to his family and environment!

    2. Why is sex more important for women?

    ❖ They are receivers
    ❖ Nurturers
    ❖ More emotional because of the natural law
    ❖ Affects them emotionally, psychologically, spiritually

    3. Why for the most part are men so inadequate at making love?

    ❖ Born selfish because of the fall and the concupiscence

    ❖ Conditioned after birth to be selfish and the I is more important than the we or the you 

    ❖  They are not taught about intimacy and learn it from winging it.

    ❖ The concepts of Authentic Masculinity are not given to us as we grow up.
    

    4. Why do men focus more on themselves during the marital embrace instead of their wives? 

    ❖ Men are not taught or conditioned these days to control ourselves

    ❖ Emotion and the way we feel is the way we are brought up these days

    ❖ Men are not taught what sex truly is, why it is important, and how intimacy inside and outside the bedroom can enhance his relationship with God, his wife and his family.

    5. Why can’t the ultimate goal for a man during the marital embrace be to orgasm?

    ❖  It keeps the focus on self

    ❖  He forgets that sex is not about him but God and his wife.❖  Women rise slowly and fall slowly, if he focuses on his pleasure he will lose control before she is fulfilled.

    6. Why is sex the second most important thing in marriage?

    ❖  The marital embrace is the second most important thing in marriage because it fosters and builds and helps maintain emotional closeness...

    ❖  Which is arguably the most important thing for a wife in marriage!

    ❖  Simply put, to be a world class lover requires unheard of discipline!

    ❖  And to accomplish this we must embrace the following...

    ➢  What we put in our mouth.

    ➢  Some sort of daily exercise.➢  The mental mindset to sacrifice our wants, desires, and needs, for that of our beloved wife during and before the marital embrace.

    ➢  And the knowledge to know why we are doing these things...➢  Which is to get rid of all of our wife’s inhibitions and deep pain she’s incurred over her life...

    ➢  To in fact bring forth her sacred self!

    7. How does what we eat cause and promote premature ejaculation?

    ❖  What we eat can cause premature ejaculation❖  Our diet is everything when it comes to our sexual health and our mental and bodily health in general.

    ❖  What we eat causes, inflammation, and toxicity, which begins to affect our organs such as our liver, heart, kidneys, lungs etc.

    ❖  Once this happens disease sets in such as diabetes, lung disease, liver disease, heart disease, arthritis etc.

    ❖  So, we then get on medications and these make the toxicity more damaging.❖  And when all of these things start, it starts the decline slowly or in many very fast of our sexual health...

    ❖  Which produces erectile dysfunction and the inability to maintain control or to even maintain an erection!

    ❖  We must remember that our sexual organs run on the fuel called blood...

    ❖  And anything that pollutes that blood, pollutes and effects our sexual health!
    
    8. Why is it unfair to our beloved wife if we are a premature ejaculator?

    ❖  As basically stated above disease is not an accident, it is a result of us neglecting our bodies and what we place in our bodies of years and decades.

    ❖  The marital embrace for our wives is far more important than it is for us men.

    ❖  It highly effects them emotionally, spiritually, and psychologically.

    ❖  Again, woman are receivers, and once they give their bodies to us...

    ❖  In most cases their heart, mind, and souls follow.❖  As a Holy Lover a husband must realize the importance of the Holy Caress to his wife and move to never disappoint her in this area.

    ❖  For our wives sex and the benefits of her having as many sexual peaks as she desires...

    ❖  Relieves much of her past inhibitions and traumatic pain in her live such as abortions, sleeping with other men that are not her husband, a miscarriage, rape, or any kind of sexual abuse or a failed marriage.

    ❖  Now as a husband you know and hopefully understand these things...

    ❖  We go back to your sexual health...❖  And I must ask, if as a husband we are sick, diseased, have erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis...

    ❖  And are on a litany of prescribed medications...

    ❖  How are we going to help our wives relieve much of the emotional pain and trauma that has build up over her life...

    ❖  If we are unable to bond with her during the marital embrace?

    ❖  I ask is this fair for her?❖  Again, our sexual health addresses anything that is harmful or negatively affects our ability to make world class love to our beloved physically or spiritually!

    ❖  Why?

    ❖  Again, because of how the Holy Caress affects the make up of our wife (emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually).

    ❖  Are we being a true man if we neglect our sexual health knowing how vital it is to our Beloved?
